Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing or upgrade your plan tier directly from your billing settings in app.thegymflex.com. Annual billing includes an approximate 30% discount compared to the monthly equivalent.
Subscription fees for active service periods are non-refundable once activated as immediate access is provided. In case of verified duplicate debits or technical billing errors, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Yes. TheGymFlex subscription fee is a software licensing charge paid by gym owners. Gym membership fees paid by individual gym members belong entirely to the respective gym facility. TheGymFlex acts solely as a technology platform and does not retain or manage gym membership fees.
